VIP Admission: 1:00pm - 5:30pm

General Admission: 2:00pm - 5:30pm

IS THERE AN AGE LIMIT TO GET INTO THE FESTIVAL?

No one under the age of 21 will be allowed entrance in the festival! This includes designated drivers who must also be at least 21 years of age. NO children, toddlers, infants, strollers, or pets are permitted. No one will be admitted without a valid photo ID (no exceptions). Proper identification is the responsibility of the attendee. Failure to present proper, valid photo identification (driver’s license or passport) will result in denial of entry with no refund offered.

HOW DO I BUY TICKETS FOR THE EVENT?

IS THE EVENT INDOORS OR OUTDOORS?

The Long Island Craft Classic is an outdoor event held under tents and will take place rain or shine (no refunds). The festival is at Heckscher State Park (FIELD 2) in East Islip. 

WHAT HAPPENS IF IT RAINS?

The event will take place rain or shine.  If it rains, there’s no escaping it, we will all get wet.  Dress in layers so you’ll be more comfortable if you do get wet.  Be prepared, let’s see you rock the poncho/rain coat/rain hat! Click here to see our weather policy

WHAT DOES ADMISSION INCLUDE?

Your paid admission includes a food voucher redeemable onsite for one of many delicious offerings by Bobbique (event caterer), a souvenir taster marked with a 2 oz. pour line, unlimited beer, wine and cider sampling.

WHAT DOES VIP ADMISSION INCLUDE?

Your VIP paid admission includes a food voucher redeemable onsite for one of many delicious offerings by Bobbique (event caterer), a souvenir glass taster marked with a 2 oz. pour line, unlimited beer, wine and cider sampling.  PLUS many other perks including an additional preview hour, samples of special VIP-only beers, VIP-only bathrooms, VIP-only tent...and more.

WHAT IS THE ENTRANCE FEE FOR A DESIGNATED DRIVER?

A designated driver (DD) ticket is $12.00. In lieu of a tasting glass, DD ticket holders will get a bottle of water, and also receive a food voucher redeemable onsite for one of many delicious offerings by Bobbique (event caterer).  DDs are not permitted to sample any beer, wine or cider. Any designated driver who is seen drinking at the festival will be escorted out immediately.

DO DESIGNATED DRIVERS NEED TO BE 21?

YES. No one under 21 will be admitted to the festival. Designated Drivers, like everyone else must show valid photo ID before being allowed admitted into the festival.

WILL FOOD BE AVAILABLE FOR PURCHASE?

Yes.  Each admission ticket purchase includes a a food voucher redeemable onsite for one of many delicious offerings by Bobbique.  Additional food items will be available for purchase as well!

ARE CHILDREN OR PETS PERMITTED TO ATTEND?

NO children, toddlers, infants, strollers or pets are permitted at the festival.  If you come to the event with a child or pet your entry will be denied and no refund offered. Please plan accordingly. Individuals with disabilities may use service animals provided the handler has all necessary paperwork/tags for service animal.

IS SMOKING PERMITTED AT THE FESTIVAL?

Smoking will not be permitted under the tents.  A designated smoking area will be created.

CAN I BRING BLANKETS OR LAWN CHAIRS TO THE FESTIVAL?

YES, it wouldn't be a beer festival if there weren't any pretzel necklaces.

ARE PRETZEL NECKLACES PERMITTED?

Yes! Blankets and lawn chairs are permitted into the festival.

IS THERE WI-FI AT THE EVENT?

There is no public wi-fi at the event. Also, cell service can be very limited at the park. If you plan on using a mobile ticket, be sure to have it downloaded prior to arriving.

IS THERE A FEE TO PARK?

Yes, parking is $10 per vehicle, per State Park policy. Traffic directors and signage will be on site to guide you. *There is no charge to park for those vehicles with a valid Empire Passport* You can purchase an empire pass here: https://parks.ny.gov/admission/empire-passport/

CAN I LEAVE MY CAR OVERNIGHT AT HECKSCHER STATE PARK?

According the head of the NYS Parks Department, cars are NOT PERMITTED to be left overnight in the event parking lot. If cars are left overnight they will be towed at the owner's expense. Please don't drink and drive.

CAN WE ARRIVE BY A CHARTERED BUS OR LIMO?

IS THE EVENT WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBLE?

YES, there is also special handicapped area parking.

WHAT IS PREMIUM PARKING?

Premium parking is just one of the perks of buying a VIP ticket.  It is available only for VIP ticket holders.  The first few rows of the parking lot (closest to the entrance) have been reserved for VIPs.  A limited number of spots are available and will be allocated on a first-come, first-serve basis.  VIPs should arrive early and will be required to show their tickets to parking attendants.

ARE PHOTOS TAKEN AT THIS EVENT?

Yes, look out for our event photographer at the event and strike a pose. Check back here, at the event website, and/or on the event's Facebook page for photos after the event to see if you are included in the event photo album. Some photos of attendees may be used for promotional purposes; as a ticketholder of the event, you grant us permission to do so and for your likeness to be used.

WHAT ITEMS ARE PROHIBITED?

Starfish Junction Productions is dedicated to the safety and security of ALL attendees, exhibitors, staffers, and guests. Please use common sense and remember that what seems harmless to you may appear like a threat to someone else. All attendees must adhere to show rules, are subject to search upon entering the event, and are prohibited from bringing in the following items:

· outside alcohol, glass bottles, cans, outside food/beverages, metal water bottles
· weapons (i.e. knives, pepper spray, stun-guns, any concealed weapons, firearms, etc.), illegal drugs, chemicals, fireworks, smoke bombs
· unapproved pamphlets, handouts, advertisements, etc.

Smoking (including the use of e-cigarettes or vape pens) is prohibited in the venue/under tents. Smoking is only permitted in designated smoking areas.

Infants/Children/Strollers…No one under 21 will be admitted. Valid photo ID is required for entry.
No pets are permitted at the event (unless they are service dogs with accredited tags/paperwork)

Event management reserves the right to handle each occurrence on a case by case basis. Depending on the item, the guest may either be asked to remove the item from the facility or dispose of the item, or may be ejected from the facility.
